Figures represent the 2020–2024 five-year average SAIDI (System Average Interruption Duration Index) per utility, aggregated to state level. Excludes "major event days" (storms designated MEDs under IEEE 1366 standard) unless noted. Individual customer experience varies by utility and location within state.
