American Power Direct is committed to making americanpowerdirect.com usable by everyone, including people with disabilities.

Our standard

We aim for conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA — the web accessibility standard recommended by the W3C. This includes support for screen readers, keyboard navigation, sufficient color contrast, and clear page structure.

Known limitations

We are a small operation and our site is actively being developed. Some areas may not yet meet full WCAG 2.1 AA standards. We are working on it and treat accessibility as an ongoing responsibility, not a checklist.

Third-party content

Some content on our site — including embedded maps and manufacturer product documents — is provided by third parties. We do not control the accessibility of that content but will flag issues to the relevant vendors.

If you encounter a barrier on our site that prevents you from completing a task — browsing products, reading product specs, checking out — please let us know. We will do our best to help you directly or fix the issue.
